Just before completion!  All parts cut, Shaped, Glued-up, Jointed and now preparing to paint!

For those who only want a real wood WOODY...we are building them daily.

There's about 60 separate wood parts that make up one of "PT BOB's" Beach Cruisers.

Each part is hand carved, then glue jointed together and clamped for 24 hours...Then it is one Frame.

20 coats of urethane!

We offer this process for any car made!  Want a real woody added to your car?  just call for a quote!

Frames are normally Maple or Ash.   The inserts are normally Mahogany....but we can make it your way!
