A STEP BY STEP ON INSTALLING THE CAL-40

Safe PT front looks
PT BOB created this 40's style front to
compliment the PT.
We have installed most at our shop over the
years. Before you try this install
at home we reccomend you consult with a body shop
in your area first!
Vertical all
Stainless Steel polished Grill needs some
final shaping upon install.
We have designed this CAL40
Front end kit for E-Z install.....
We have had many install at home w/o a body shop
involved.
First Remove the factory top Grill and lower
plastic fascia.
Pre-wire and test all lights before installing
the fenders for good.
Hang both right and left fenders by all factory
bolts shown
Check fit along door and hood edges before
hanging grill in place.
Hang the Grill by the 6 screw locations shown and
recheck fit.
The CAL40 uses original 40 Ford deluxe headlight
assemblies.
These headlights mount as shown inside the fender
skirt. Note: 3 wires
Install all parts and tighten to confirm any body
fit shaping needed.
Apply fillers where needed and shape to desired
fit before painting. We
do flames too!
