"PT BOB" designed this award winning front end to give the true 40's look.

Oldie but woody

1. Remove stock front end and loosly hang the Cal-40 in place to check fit.

2. Remove Cal-40 and settle all wiring changes while fenders are off.

3. Correctly install the fenders at the door and hood edges before adding grill.

4. Reshape the grill for final install at the height you want and tighten all 6 bolts.

5. Once the fenders and grill are tight, then complete final sand and buff.

6. Once the show buff is done, then add any chrome trim to complete.
