asked PT BOB to help design these bumpers back in 2000 for all to enjoy.
The plain gray plastic stock
bumpers present a conflict with the retro styling, and beg for trim or
modification to accent the great original styling of the Cruiser. Manufactured
by an O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) bumper manufacturer, these
quality chrome covers are built to the highest standards. Made of high-grade
bumper specific steel, they are polished and plated to O.E. specifications. They
come with a 3 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and
materials.
Installation is an easy job requiring about one hour. Designed to provide a
durable lightweight steel outer skin to the stock bumpers, they slip on easily
and are attached using the supplied fasteners in the designated hidden
locations. Requires an easy to perform modification to the stock plastic rear
bumper.
