achieve the knowledge we have to offer you today.
Some of our policies
offer special pricing opportunities and refund requirements.
the following are
details are in effect as of 10-01-04
1.
Specials
Specials are limited time
offerings. Special pricing, Freight specials, and Package
deals only valid during the
time of that offer specifies. Specials may also
require full
payment upon ordering to get the valid special offering.
2. Free freight
Special freight savings
depending on our special offering at time of ordering.

Special package pricing
depending on our special offering of that day.
Any return of items that
are part of a package deal voids all discounts.
When figuring refund values
all values are based on retail pricing instead.
3. lead
times
Please verify lead time and
availability upon ordering. We reserve the right to
source products outside our
warehouse inventory when needed.

Returns Need
R.G.A. # before returning
No item can be returned
without an R.G.A. # from our sales staff. To get an
R.G.A. # call our order
desk and request a Return Goods Authorization number.

credit only !
Refunds are for store
credit only! No cash refunds! Refunds are only after R.G.A. #
is assigned by our sales
staff and the item is returned in a condition ready
to re-sell.
The customer is responsible
for all shipping costs involved with returning products.
Any damage or installation
use will void return authorization for store credit.
6. Custom
orders Non-Refundable
Custom Orders are
non-refundable. Items painted prior
to shipping are considered custom.
Any
custom body work, Metal work, Body shaping, Panel conversions, Limos, etc. are
custom.
Any
work done for a
customer based on their request is considered custom..
7.
Painted parts
All Painted parts are
considered a Custom Order item. 50% deposit minimum. No Refund.
We are not responsible for
color match or damage during shipping.
8. Damaged
goods
Products damaged during
shipping must be reported directly to the shipping company
that shipped the goods by
the customer. We
will assist in info. to help correct damage.
9. Re-stocking
fees
Any Returned item will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on condition.
We reserve the right to
refuse service.....Prices are subject to change without notice.
All customers orders after
01-01-01 confirm knowledge of our Store policies above.
