We also can fix other shops poor
workmanship.
We had to re-paint Tweety after the last shop
painted it with the wrong color of yellow.
We repaired and painted the over 25K of past poor
workmanship for around 3K.
Note the different shade of yellow and bondo chip
in the rear door corner + bondo cracks!
The Rear also had two different yellows and too
much bondo causing cracks and chips.
We repaired all Bondo Cracks and had to re-paint
most of the body the correct Yellow.
We know art....
We then had Bob spend over a month almost
daily discussing the artwork with the owner.
The prior artist wanted 6K to do less characters
and we did all 12 for $2,500. as a sponsor.
Once we got the characters set we then began to
project the desired art. This owner was also low on funds.
We Sketched
all art....
Cut out all parts and airbrushed.....
We applied detail far beyond the normal cartoon
art....
We then Pin striped in Black and White as
needed....
We then cleared all , Let dry and color-sanded
for buffing.
On the final eve before the first show the owner
asked us to re-clear instead of buff leaving no time to buff out.
It would have been better to buff out as we
planned so we could have time for final assembly needs before leaving.
We also took off another $1000. as a sponsor of
the Air bag kit @ $2500. installed.
PT BOB also designed and installed his wireless
remote control for free as a sponsor. A $500. value.
Also on the last day the owner asked PT BOB to
paint their scooter for free? BOB did ...as a sponsor.
Almost done! Bodywork, Paint, Air bags, and
full custom interior....WOW! All at on shop too!
