Step
by step installation photos of how we install this visor in less then 15 minutes.
 
Peel rubber back on each side of the upper
windshield corners and mark as shown.
 
Drill one rear hole per side using supplied self
tapping screws.
 
Drill one hole at rear lower corner of the visor
on each side.
 
Install one rear screw per side. Check
contact of center foot the windshield.
Once contact is solid prepare to silicone and
screw down. The silicone holds very well !
 
We use 2 screws as shown on the first side.
Wipe away excess silicone and recover.
 
Silicone needs to be applied centered on the
glass from the mirror mount up to the top rubber.
 
Smooth the silicone to a one inch wide 1/4"
thick pad. apply silicone on your finger to foot.
 
Apply silicone on final side and install
all screws. Wipe excess silicone and re install rubber.
 
Shown: finished look. mash down center silicone
pad and apply weight overnight.
The passenger Blade is 4" long after the ROLLED
Visor is installed.
All you do now is swap the passenger long
assembly over to the driver side
and swap the shorter driver assembly over to the
passenger side. Once the
swap is completed all wipers will clear and clean
correctly.
The silicone must dry 12 to 24 hours with weight
on it. Cold temps could add time.
